We are growing and looking for additional team members to help us take the next steps in the growth of our underwriting agency located in North Sydney, NSW.

We are looking for enthusiastic and personable people who can help us fill the following organisational roles. We're not big on titles so we'll focus on the actual roles.


Admin / Finance / Claims Administration

Can you help us with:

  • Accounting functions, bookkeeping (we use Xero), engaging with auditors, entering debits and credits into online banking systems, managing expenses and debtors
  • Running reports out of underwriting and accounting systems and preparing remittances for insurers, reviewing broker closings and remittances

You might also be able to help with:

  • Maintaining training and other compliance style registers
  • Preparing agendas for and recording outcomes from scheduled management and compliance meetings
  • Tracking claims progress and following up claimants, loss adjusters and brokers to ensure prompt resolution of claims
  • Data entry into the claims system updating claims status and payments


You might have a background in accounting or business administration or may have helped managed an AFS Licensed insurance brokerage or underwriting agency.

You might only want to work three or four days a week or maybe full time.
