JAPANESE-SPEAKING ADMIN/ACCOUNTING
- Full time perm
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Sydney CBD
Responsible for the efficient operation of allocated functions such as administration, accounting / finance, marketing / public relations, taking account of the organization's operating environment.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting / Finance (80%)
Responsible for the development and execution of a broad range of accounting /finance services including several or all of the following depends on your experience.
- preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records,- monitoring and analysing accounting date
- produce financial report or statements,
- processing invoices,
- coordinate and complete annual audits,
- keeping accurate records for all daily transactions,
- preparing financial forecast (No experience is acceptable)
- managing budgets.
Administration (20%)
Responsible for the development and execution of a broad range of corporate administrative services within approved policies and objectives including several or all of the following:
- office services,
- supporting/accompanying business travellers from group companies,
- establishment/maintenance of company regulations,
- interpretation/translation,
- purchasing, real estate, insurance,
- responding customers' queries,
- data processing.
Marketing /Public Relations
- Responsible for conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends of market and customer requirements,
- Analysing published data and statistics, and drafting business plan of the company.
- Responsible for building relationships with related parties including government, customers, business partners, through attending external meeting or conference.
- Responsible for supporting Feasibly Study led by Head office
- Adhoc duties
You:
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Accounting experience, MYOB and other system is plus
- Bachelor degree
- Basic knowledge of accounting
