This role is based in North Sydney however a hybrid work model is encouraged. Please note, there is no parking on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, execute and deliver programs surrounding communications and engagement strategies
Write and implement plans and deliverables
Take a mentoring a guiding approach to the management of staff, both in your team and across the business
Designing and implementing packages of works, ensuring that the team are engaged and following this
Utilise your experience/exposure to the construction industry to help form engagement ideas and strategies
Adhere to NSW Government policies, processes and framework requirements
Act as a leader and mentor to colleagues and team members

You will need to:

Experience in a community and stakeholder engagement/coordination role at a Senior level is essential
Experience in the Government sector would be highlybeneficial
Experience or exposure to the construction sector is highlydesired, however not essential
Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
The ability to collaborate at all levels, including stakeholders, contractors and the community
Willingness to adapt to changing business needs
Must be able to commit to the required duration of the assignment
