ASAP start dates available - temporary role for 6 months

  • Up to $1,200 per day + super
  • Office based in North Sydney hybrid flexibility encouraged
This role is based in North Sydney however a hybrid work model is encouraged. Please note, there is no parking on-site.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, execute and deliver programs surrounding communications and engagement strategies
  • Write and implement plans and deliverables
  • Take a mentoring a guiding approach to the management of staff, both in your team and across the business
  • Designing and implementing packages of works, ensuring that the team are engaged and following this
  • Utilise your experience/exposure to the construction industry to help form engagement ideas and strategies
  • Adhere to NSW Government policies, processes and framework requirements
  • Act as a leader and mentor to colleagues and team members

You will need to:


  • Experience in a community and stakeholder engagement/coordination role at a Senior level is essential
  • Experience in the Government sector would be highlybeneficial
  • Experience or exposure to the construction sector is highlydesired, however not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
  • The ability to collaborate at all levels, including stakeholders, contractors and the community
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs
  • Must be able to commit to the required duration of the assignment
