MAYDAY is delighted to be recruiting a Workplace Coordinator/Concierge for a well-known and ever-growing health insurance company based in Parramatta.

This role will start on April 11th, with a week or two of in-depth training before the offices open at the end of April.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to get their foot in the door with a supportive and passionate company that strives to make a difference.

As an all-rounder, you will be seen as the go-to person in the business - the heart of the Parramatta offices

What will you be doing?

Manage front of house and deliver a superior level of customer service to the client and other key stakeholders.
Run the daytoday operations in the office
Meet and greet, book meeting rooms
Set up workstations / AV Equipment
Ensure compliance is adhered to
Ad hoc admin duties

What experience are we looking for?

Previous experience within a concierge or reception position
Great communication skills and ambition to provide the best customer service possible
Techsavvy
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite useful
Full working rights in Australia
