- Manage and train all store staff, including product training.
- Monitor store and staff performance to ensure all company and airport processes are being adhered to.
- Provide an in-store experience that inspires and empowers our customers.
- Engage with our customers by sharing your product knowledge and experience.
- Receipting, replenishing and merchandising products in store.
- Working in a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Maintain the in-store operations including housekeeping, visual merchandising & cleaning required.
- Create and manage store rosters and payroll, with reference to airport volume forecasts and flight schedules.
- Store Sales meet budget expectations
- Store hours and staff management to budget
- Store Visual Presentation Standards meet company guidelines
- Airport Safety and Procedures are strictly adhered to at all times
- Payroll submitted on time and accurately.
- Previous retail experience as a store manager in an Airport environment, mandatory.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
- A passion for travel
- The ability to work well within a fast paced and energetic team environment.
- Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets & KPI's
- To be successful in this role, you must be able to pass Airport ASIC security requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your key responsibilities as the Store Manager will include managing the day-to-day store sales, stock, visual merchandising and most importantly, leading the team.
Normal duties include:

To be successful in this role you will need to be a retail professional with previous Airport experience. You will be driven by a "can do" attitude. We are looking for someone who is a true team leader with strong customer service skills and excellent leadership skills.
