About the Role:

As the
Store Manager you are solely responsible for the full operation of your business.

Reporting directly to the State Manager you will be provided all the training needed for you to succeed in your role.

You will be experienced in communication with the team working towards the same goal.

While sale and KPIs are key you will achieve these easily through your knowledge of the product, fashion trends and your confidence outfitting your customers.

Responsibilities of the role:

Maximise sales and customer experience
Motivate the team to achieve weekly targets and store standards
Coach and mentor the sales team including ongoing evaluation, development and training with team
Manage and process stock and oversee back of house operations
Responsible for the recruitment and selection of great talent into the business
Build and maintain solid commercial relationship's with the wider business

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in Management for 5 years
Proven track record in sales, customer service and managing performance
Strong merchandise and stock management experience
Excellent team player who enjoys motivating and mentoring the team
Great communicator who is confident with customers
Experience outfitting and creating wardrobes
Previous experience in suiting or made to measure an advantage
Sound understanding of fashion and the retail environment, including trends, fashion and competition
Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to change
