We are on the hunt for an experienced, energetic, and motivated leader to join our team at our
Tech2Go Store at
Brisbane Airport in a full-time permanent
Store Manager role.

With a tailored selection of travel-related technology accessories, our
Tech2Go store offers travelers a range of headphones, phone accessories, and tech accessories.


We are looking for an individual with 3+ years' management experience gained in a fast-paced retail environment with a strong work ethic and clear communication skills to top it off.

Responsible for the management of the store, this is a hands-on role that will require you to work alongside all team members to achieve high service outcomes and build a positive team environment.


We are looking for a leader who will:

  • Support the effective and efficient operations of the store and be a team player
  • Provide a high standard of customer service and be a true brand ambassador
  • Lead from the front and ensure all team members are motivated and perform tasks according to standards and procedures
  • Provide constructive feedback to staff, encourage positivity, and rectify performance issues
  • Maximise sales opportunities and ensure the store is adequately staffed at all times
  • Maintain a very high standard of store presentation, stock management, and security

You will demonstrate:


  • Strong proven successful track record leading a fastpaced retail team
  • Lead from the front and ensure all team members are motivated and perform tasks according to standards and procedures
  • Strong commercial acumen and visual merchandising flair
  • Natural ability to coach, develop and motivate others
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expectational customer service skills with the ability to drive sales
  • Ability to think on your feet with a real sense of urgency
As we're located in a dynamic airport environment we operate 7 days a week.

We are looking for a new manager who is reasonably flexible with availability incorporating early mornings, late nights, and weekends as shifts will in some cases fall outside normal business hours.
As public transport can be limited at certain hours of the day you will need your own reliable transport however we do provide subsidized parking.
