We are currently looking for an

Manager In Training to join their

Chermside location.

You will bring:

The ability to be your team's motivational leader, with the desire for learning new skills
Experience in working towards store sales targets and KPI's.
Previous experience in visual merchandising and stock management
Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills
Previous leadership experience in a retail environment

The role:

Assisting the manager in training and up skilling the team of
Learning and developing your own skills to stay up to date with the latest trends and products
Providing a tailored client experience to every single customer
Leading, training and mentoring your team of 7+
Stock management including ordering, visual merchandising and stock
