    Job Description:
    Who are you?

    In a time of rapid digital transformation in the Real Estate industry, we are seeking a motivated and visionary change agent with deep industry knowledge and commercial acumen, that understands the value of data and emerging trends and technologies.

    We are looking for someone who can think beyond the existing paradigm, has a drive and desire to be a shaper of industry through thought leadership and the execution of growth drivers, has exceptional communication and people management skills, is able to bring together and lead a team to drive the business outcomes.

    The ideal candidate can establish and maintain relationships with diverse senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
    What is the role?
    You will lead Core Logic's aggressive Real Estate growth strategy across Australia & New Zealand.
    This is a senior leadership role supporting and developing a diverse and cross functional team of over 20 people.
    You'll monitor, evaluate and drive your department's operating performance and will research new business opportunities and lead budget decisions.

    To succeed in this role, it's essential to have extensive management experience in this field and strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.

    The role will see you leverage your influence to build trusted relationships with senior management, both internally and externally.

    You will be responsible for the segment revenue, through owning the strategy, deciding the channel and geographic distribution strategies to compliment the strengths of the solutions, and managing pricing and discounting policies for the Australian & New Zealand market.

    You will be working alongside other key segments leads and will have a broad exposure to all our products and services and how they are applied in adjacent segments.

    That means unpacking our global toolkit and identifying relevance for our Real Estate partners and clients.

    Success in this role will be found in the manner in which you lead and create an engaged, focused, cohesive and high performing team.

    With a diverse and experienced team, your ability to focus your team on a clear, unified plan driving the big wins, and work through the strengths of the individuals to achieve the priority business outcomes, will ultimately create success.

    What will you be doing?

    Leading the Core Logic real estate business, including:
    Prepare and allocate budgets.
    Evaluate the product line and segment profits and revenue, and calculate risks.
    Harvesting market /customer / competitor intel to ensure our proposition remains most attractive in market.
    Research and identify new business opportunities.
    Defining the product & solution pricing and distribution strategy
    Set performance and financial goals and attain them through team direction and management.
    Attract, retain and motivate staff.
    Assess, evaluate, and report on overall team and individual team member performance.

    Outside of your own direct reports, establish and effectively lead a high performing cross functional team, responsible for achieving the overall Real Estate business outcomes.

    Own and be accountable for the performance of key Real Estate partner relationships.
    Be the structured business leader across key projects, to drive the overall business outcomes, together with project managers.
    Through your team, lead the product management function across all Real Estate products, to achieve product outcomes.

    Identify and work to mitigate key risks in the business, including both operational and finance risks, across short, medium and longer-term horizons.

    Industry engagement, advocacy and thought leadership across customers, strategic partners, and industry bodies on behalf of Core Logic.
    Support Real Estate client opportunities as an industry expert as and when required.
    Work with the marketing and GTM teams in articulation of value propositions and GTM strategies.
    Collaborate with other segment leads to decide on broader enterprise business strategies.
    Ensure compliance with company policies and local, regional and federal regulations.
    Are you the right fit?

    You need to have:
    Experience implementing Saa S-style products into businesses and driving change management.

    Experience or knowledge of the real estate domain, in particular, the systems, tools and best in class practices currently used within the real estate industry.

    Grow the overall Real Estate revenue line through existing and new solutions.
    Deliver an exceptional customer experience with measurable NPS and product satisfaction and engagement improvements.

    Deliver an exceptional employee engagement and development framework to nurture a team culture of positivity, collaboration and innovation, with measurable engagement score improvements.

    Delivery of key major initiatives on time and budget, to achieve the above outcomes.
