Unique opportunity to join a highly regarded Corporate Real Estate Services Company and be a key contributor to their Property Management and Sales/Leasing team.
Our client is well known for providing end-to-end property solutions as well as having a commitment to delivering first-class service to all of their valued clients across the Pilbara.
The Role:
- Based in
Newman: - Management of a small portfolio of 90 properties
- Sourcing quality, unique tenants to add a point of difference and diversity to their owners' portfolios.
- Managing and nurturing sustainable relationships with key accounts
- Providing service from inception through to negotiations and closeoffs
- Developing relationships with both current and prospective tenants
- Reviewing lease deals/renewals etc
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Real Estate Sales and Property Management Registration
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Prior real estate experience
- Confidence in networking and sales skills
