Our Client is a highly regarded Commercial Real Estate Agency, known for providing end to end property solutions as well as having a commitment to delivering first class service to all of their valued clients in prime locations.

Situated in the fringe CBD in a beautiful and modern office, our Client values support and collaboration.

THE ASSIGNMENT

Within this role you will be working with a 2 Senior Property Managers to ensure their portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail properties are run seamlessly.

This would include general administration, rent reviews, correspondence with tenant and owner enquiries and invoicing.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Assistant Property Management experience in a commercial role or residential property management
Exceptional customer service
A strong work ethic and highly organised
Corporate administration experience
A good grasp of numbers and attention to detail
