    Join HOBAN Recruitment in sourcing top talent for a prestigious client based in Surry Hills NSW.

    We are currently seeking an experienced APS 6 Level ICT Workforce Coordinator to support our client's Business Management Team.

    About the Role:

    • Provide administrative support, managing emails, meetings, and business documents.
    • Coordinate, monitor, and collate data for workforce planning and reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policy frameworks, and procedures.
    • Resolve problems efficiently, identifying alternative courses of action.
    • Offer advice, procedural guidance, and technical expertise in recruitment and procurement.
    • Build relationships with key stakeholders to implement effective business solutions.
    • Provide support to team members during peak periods or scheduled leave.
    • Undertake additional duties as directed by the Branch Manager and/or Director.

    About You:

    • Demonstrated ability in complex recruitment advice and reporting.
    • Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of legislative, financial, recruitment, and administrative frameworks.
    • Experience in providing high-level advice on operational and business management activities.

    Please note you do need to be an AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN for this Federal Government role.
