About the role

The role


A newly developed role in a driven and goal-oriented team is now open for those with a background in fundraising, not-for-profit, administration and/or communications, wanting to branch into a rewarding career on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will be an organised, adaptive, and proactive person, with experience in high level co-ordination and administration.

Looking after the operational functions of our development team, you will bring a mature manner, initiative, and an ability to work autonomously.

As someone driven to work collaboratively and create processes to advance the capabilities of the team, you will also be able to provide your own input into the program development and have ample room for growth.

With a strong focus on customer service and communication with stakeholders from across the College and community, you'll see yourself researching further best practice methods for supporting fundraising initiatives and provide accuracy in record keeping across all activities.


A varied role, where your excellent organisation and interpersonal skills will be highly regarded, you will also see some out of hours work in planning, executing and attending our key events to support the community.

You will display the following skills and attributes:

  • Willingness to support the ethos and values of the College.
  • The ability to always demonstrate professional conduct and discretion.
  • High levels of skill in data administration and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
  • Advanced skills and experience in Microsoft TEAMS, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and customer management databases. Previous experience in fundraising specific databases would be highly advantageous.
  • A demonstrated capacity to effectively manage multiple projects, time management, flexibility and prioritisation skills.
  • An understanding of, and commitment to the education sector.
  • A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
