About the role:


The Process Improvement Analyst will identify opportunities for improved efficiencies by challenging and analyzing current business processes with a clear goal of delivering suggested improvements.

Critical to this role will be the ability to collaborate with a broad stakeholder group and be able to clearly articulate the reason and need for change if deemed necessary.

It is key that the Process Improvement Analysts approach to analyzing processes is always asking the questions; can this process be removed? If not, how can it be refined.


Core Tasks:


  • Analyzing, creating, developing, and delivering "Best Practice" business processes.
  • Act as a change agent to enable teams to leverage technologies and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Develop and lead process improvement initiatives, addressing gaps across all three pillars: business processes, people knowledge and system enhancements.
  • Manage data analysis, present insights, and document processes to determine areas of opportunity and recommend actionable solutions. If required, plan and facilitate workshops with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support ongoing and regular reviews to monitor delivery of services, projects and programs within the portfolio and drive delivery of benefits, and monitor changes in strategy, vision, or approaches.
  • Monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance.
  • Contribute to post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects.
  • Assist teams to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements
  • Create positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of their expectations, agreed objectives and ensure proper socialization and understanding of system initiatives.
  • Map out complex sales processes / Internal sales processes / Customer Journey Map.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Business management/entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
  • High level of investigative, analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience developing new processes and procedures
  • Change management experience with demonstrated success in integrating new processes and initiatives into operational activities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting or similar
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proven portfolio of completed projects
  • Experience in process mapping and design
  • Advanced data analysis experience (Tableau, MS Excel, MS Access)
