- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Northern Sydney and Newcastle areas.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using our range of auto refinishing products.
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to remain competitive in the marketplace.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback.
- Attend the office in Western Sydney one day per week for meetings and coordination.
- Previous experience in account management, sales, or business development, with a focus on paint and paint-related products.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
- Knowledge of the automotive refinishing industry is a strong advantage.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the Northern Sydney and Newcastle areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
