They are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager with experince in the building industry to join their NSW sales team, in the Northern Sydney to Newcastle territory.


This position is all about identifying key partnership opportunities and fully understanding the drivers and pain points of our partner base.

If you are an existing sales professional with a high level of resilience and problem-solving skills, this role could be for you.

As a key member the team you will have the freedom to pursue ideas, to be entrepreneurial but at the same time always being accountable for what your promise.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensuring revenue and sales growth is being continuously maximised.
  • Identifying and building new relationships across their customer base in the roofing market. Developing strategic opportunities that are unique to them and articulating that into a value proposition.
  • Becoming a product expert within the business as well as providing product knowledge in the marketplace. Delivering alignment to opportunities by collaborating with your internal stakeholders.
  • Representing and promoting our products at all trade events, industry functions and consumer exhibitions.

About You:

  • Accountable gogetter attitude.
  • Experience transacting with Residential builders and contractors
  • A passion for delivering on what you promise.
  • Excellent organisational skills and high levels of resilience are not negotiable.
  • Ability to deliver on strategic initiatives.
  • Strong influencing skills with comfort in having a tough conversation.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • A consultative approach with the ability to create wins for our partners and the business.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
