- Dispute resolution and litigation matters, tort claims as well as administrative law matters such as judicial review and merits review;
- Represent government departments and agencies as well as private sector organisations; and
- Develop your client relationship skills through the opportunity to undertake a variety of client secondments.
- 3-5 years' experience as a Lawyer within Government and/or a leading private practice law firm;
- Proven experience in litigation, dispute resolution and/or administrative law;
- Strong academic record of achievement;
- Proven interest in the government and the political landscape; and
