What you will do:


Become part of our team and play a proactive role in shaping the strategies necessary for our public sector clients to overcome their challenges and revolutionise their businesses.


Drawing on our extensive industry knowledge, you will employ analysis, assessments, and innovation to assist our clients in streamlining operations, minimising administrative burdens and expenses, and enhancing overall efficiency.

Ultimately, our goal is to empower them to make a positive impact on the public and become more effective in their endeavours.


  • Assist government leaders and senior management in defining their business strategies and converting their vision into tangible initiatives.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by participating in proposal development.
  • Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative research, as well as indepth analysis of business models, strategic processes, and their impact on operations.
  • Aid in client meetings by preparing materials, conducting interviews, and facilitating workshops.
  • Contribute to the creation of reports, recommendations, and conclusions for our clients.
  • Support business development by contributing to proposal development.
  • Dedicate yourself to the development of the strategy team by fostering innovation in our offerings and organizing team events, training sessions, and recruitment activities.

What you will bring:


  • Depending on the role a minimum of 410 years, ideally with a strategy consulting firm or projectbased, teamoriented environments.
  • Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
  • Public Sector industry knowledge.
  • Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.
  • Undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top academic program.
  • Willingness to travel.
