About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Principal Consultant specializing in Reward solutions for the public sector to join our client's team.

In this role, you will spearhead efforts in the NSW market, engaging with government departments, universities, not-for-profit organizations, local councils, and government agencies.

Your responsibilities will include providing strategic consulting advice, leading key projects, and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the public sector.
• Provide strategic consulting advice in areas such as rewards, workforce transformation, leadership development, and more.
• Direct the delivery of projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Lead business development initiatives to expand our presence in the NSW market.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of business development within NSW public sector organizations.
• Experience in managing complex projects, including stakeholder management and solution design.
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with Csuite executives.
