    Description
    Our client is a leading Real Estate company in the Inner West seeking a Trust Accountant to join their dynamic team. Operating from a modern office, this role requires managing Property Management Trust for around 2000 properties, handling financial activities, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate must have experience in trust management, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

    Responsibilities:
    • Overseeing Property Management Trust
    • Timely payment of supplier invoices
    • Management of company creditors
    • Invoicing customers
    • Monthly financial reporting
    • Issuing financial statements
    • Preparing profit & loss statements
    • Supporting a full-time assistant
    The Candidate:
    Previous experience in managing large rent rolls is a must. The successful candidate should excel in communication, numeracy, time management, confidentiality, and teamwork. Knowledge of PROPERTY TREE and a C2 Real Estate License are essential.
