The role
The Trust Accountant is primarily responsible for the day to day accounting and tax compliance for the GPT Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund as well as assisting the Senior Trust Accountant with the GPT Wholesale Office Fund. This role also provides assistance with statutory financial reporting for the half year and year end.
Please note - this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
What you will be doing
We are seeking a finance professional who is currently CA or CPA qualified/has commenced their CA/CPA.
Prior accounting experience is required and an understanding of the property/funds management sector will be held in high regard. Experience with SAP and/or HFM is highly desirable but not essential.
The role will suit a highly motivated professional who has strong written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
