    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Functional Consultant . As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and integrating Workday solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into system configurations, ensuring that the Workday platform meets the unique needs of our clients' HR and finance departments..

    Requirements

    Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in Workday HCM implementations - Strong knowledge of Workday functionality and configuration - Experience with end-to-end implementation projects, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting testing and deployment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Workday certifications are highly desirable - Consulting experience is a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
