THE OPPORTUNITY
The Salesforce Functional Consultant is responsible for managing all functional requirements of our clients Salesforce projects.

You must have an agile mindset and promote best solutions that are done collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders building sustainable relationships with clients and colleagues.


Day to day duties include:

  • Performing client needs analysis, identifying client business processes and creating requirements documents.
  • Configure systems as well as provide solutions consulting and recommendations for systems enhancements.
  • Responsible for solution design, configuration of Salesforce, and overall functional implementation and usability of systems.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and nontechnical staff to ensure all deliverables meet the client's business needs and our highest standards.
  • Provide senior level consulting experience and skilled with technologies such as, Salesforce CRM solutions.

We require an individual with:

  • Experience designing Salesforce solutions
  • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong proven experience in business analysis.
  • Ability to lead requirement gathering workshops.
  • Ability to understand a client's problem and come up with multiple solutions.
  • Experience in translating requirements into user stories and being able to document good quality acceptance criteria.
  • Expertise in drawing activity flow and architecture diagrams
  • Superb communication skills
  • Ability to translate and express technical issues with nontechnical personnel
  • Expertise in designing, sizing, implementing and testing Salesforce solutions
