You will be responsible for

  • Designing, configuring, testing and delivering highquality Salesforce solutions tailored to meet agreed requirements.
  • Configuring highperforming, robust and scalable solutions.
  • Assisting with sales proposals, tender responses, presentations & client meetings.
  • Working with subcontractors and agents as directed.
  • Building rapport with customers and turning them into raving fans
  • Providing guidance and assisting customers on requirements definition
  • Running efficient sprint demos and confirming customer's satisfaction
  • Diligent release management and aiming for 0defect delivery
  • Commiting to selflearning and knowledge development in key market areas.
  • Continuing to acquire necessary certifications and extend capabilities.
  • Using Chatter to provide visibility on current activities, challenges, milestones.
  • Saving a detailed daily timesheet according to guidelines.
  • Submitting weekly detailed timesheets according to guidelines.
  • Using a Performance Monitoring tool to report current progress on assigned targets and KPIs.
  • Showing initiative and contributing to ProQuest's Continuous Improvement process.
You have_ _

  • 3+ years experience in designing robust and powerful Salesforce solutions
  • 3+ certifications including Sales and Service Cloud Consultant
- a comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform
- proven experience in business analysis
- the ability to lead requirement gathering workshops
- the ability to understand a client's problem and come up with multiple solutions
- an advisory mindset for which your clients go back to you for more
- an innate ability to translate data/facts/info into opportunities
- expertise in drawing activity flow and architecture diagrams
- outstanding communication skills
- the ability to explain technical issues with non-technical personnel expertise in designing, sizing, implementing and testing Salesforce solutions

From $110,000.00 per year
