Talent International is working in partnership with a government, higher education department in seeking an
ERP Functional Consultant with HR and Finance implementation experience assist with and End-to-End replacement of legacy HR and Finance systems.

The ERP Functional Consultant will drive transformative solutions that redefine the way businesses operates, specifically within the Finance and People & Culture functions.

This role will include business and technical transformation including new systems and business process redesign end to end.

This is a long-term (3-4 years) program of work - in a growing, well-supported and strategized team

Key Requirements:

5 Years ERP experience with min 2 endtoend ERP transformation & implementation programs
Oracle / SAP / workday etc (exposure to more than one desirable) in HR and Finance modules (desirable)
Higher Education desirable (not essential)
Endtoend ERP delivery experience in multiple ERP implementations (including ERP vendor evaluation and selection experience, handson design, configuration and testing experience with leading ERP software suites, and strong business analysis acumen).
Hands on experience in configuration and implementation of the above
Previous experience as both an ERP Functional Consultant (specialising in either Finance or HR) and a Senior Business Analyst (or equivalent) will be ideal.
Experience with data migration, data governance, data quality and data architecture design.
