    About the Company

    Australia Building & Construction Depot PTY LTD (ABC Depot) is one of Australia's most well-known and well-managed companies. ABC Depot is based in Melbourne, Australia, and specialises in providing unique and one-of-a-kind tiles and stone goods to renovators, new homeowners, builders, developers, architects, and designers. Our store is located at Unit 1 of 125 Highbury Road, Burwood, and while the space isn't large, it's jam-packed with unique tiles and stones.

    About the Role

    We are searching for a qualified marketing specialist.

    Your Responsibilities are:

    1. Working closely with the director to develop creative tactical marketing plans and campaigns.

    2. Developing and coordinating marketing campaigns and events in support of the company's awareness and development strategy.

    3. Make suggestions on special marketing event and activities to improve sales, such as Christmas sales, Easter Sales and clearance sales.

    4. Follow up on all customer inquiries maintaining a sound relationship with existing business partners and potential business leads.

    5. Regularly monitor and assess campaign tracking and make recommendations and changes as required.

    6. Coordinating production of concepts, scripting, content tools for use across all media for each marketing campaign.

    7. Coordination of all aspects of marketing collaterals.

    8. Coordinating promotional materials, including local papers, company website and brochures.

    9. Conducting customer satisfaction research, collecting and analyzing customer feedback and preparing for marketing analysis report to identify current and potential market opportunities and development trend in terms of pricing, appropriate promotion and sales strategies.

    About you:

    · Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers

    · At Least 3 years experiences in sales and marketing area.

    · Ability to work in pressure
