• Align all company marketing material with consistent branding in accordance with Pinnacle Hire style guide.
• Develop and execute regular digital and nondigital marketing campaigns.
• Develop project profiles for marketing campaigns
• Manage and update marketing collaterals on social media profiles including LinkedIn.
• Assist in the development of the annual marketing strategy, reporting monthly on progress as requested
• Manage the marketing budget.
• Develop and maintain Pinnacle Hire company websites including SEO.
• Develop and maintain Pinnacle Hire product data sheets to align with marketing strategy.
• Coordinate design, development and printing of brochures and corporate profiles.

• Minimum 2 years work experience as a marketing specialist
• Relevant Bachelor level qualification
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Experience in WordPress.
• Experience with graphic design principles and the ability to use programs as required.
• Previous project coordination skills and a demonstrated ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and general IT skills.
