You are a hands-on player who is proactive and always thinking outside of the box. Passion and love for Mexican food is a must


About the Role

The Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in the day-to-day running of the business and will need a keen eye on future growth.

Reporting to the CEO this role will own the Marketing aspect of all digital and traditional media for the franchise.


Day-to-Day Activities

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies to optimise results and meet objectives
  • Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more
  • Ensure content aligns with the brand voice, values, and messaging, while also catering to specific audience segments
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, such as payperclick (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, and influencer partnerships
  • Develop social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and more
  • Create and curate content, schedule posts, and interact with followers to foster a sense of community and drive audience growth
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences
  • Maintain open and effective communication with franchisees and recognize the needs of each location
  • Background in an integrated marketing role with heavy emphasis on both traditional and new media practices
  • Experience in marketing on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Keen eye for design and creative detail with use of programs such as Canva and Adobe Suite
  • Significant knowledge of digital and traditional media landscape required, as well as good working knowledge of branding and PR
  • Print production knowledge an advantage
  • Great presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
  • Proactive and creative thinker
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge/experience in restaurant/hospitality industry helpful
  • Intermediate computer skills i.e Word, Excel, Powerpoint, CRM software

$52, $60,000.00 per year
