What you will be doing?:

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team to schedule interviews
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the sourcing process

About you:


  • 23 years experience sourcing in a high volume environment
  • Handson experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.
