What you will be doing?:

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
Support the Talent Acquisition team to schedule interviews
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the sourcing process

About you:

23 years experience sourcing in a high volume environment
Handson experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.
