Role
Due to incredible growth this company is now seeking to appoint a skilled Painting Estimator to join their team. You will be ultimately responsible for the preparation of detailed proposals outlining scope of work, including detailed breakdown of materials and labour and variations.

Other responsibilities:

Closely examine blueprints and floor plans to determine the scope of the project, including the dimensions and condition / type of surfaces to be painted
Maintain accurate records of, and track project performance
Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout the process
Keep abreast of industry trends, techniques, and products

You
To be considered for this role you will have a high-level of knowledge of paint and associated products. You will have previously worked as an Estimator on large commercial painting projects and understand this process.

Innovate and lateral thinker
5-10 years' experience in estimating painting jobs
Committed to continuous improvement
Tech savvy and knowledgeable on Simpro software
Very high level of attention to detail
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work in the office and not from home
