- Submit estimates/tender response schedules
- Interpreting specifications and drawings to understand scope of work for the projects
- Adhere to all relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, standards and company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate document control and management
- Develop and maintain professional relationships, integrity and accountability with all staff and other stakeholder
- Sound organisational abilities, including the ability to manage your own time to complete jobs within a required time frame
- High-level Excel skills and working knowledge of Procore advantageous
- Proficient with estimating software, preferably Bluebeam
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong rapport with customers
- Sound understanding of Concrete Structures- specifications and contracts
- Ability to work within your scope of practice
- A strong team player with a willingness to learn

Our client was established in 2018 and is firmly established as a leading provider of concrete placement and construction solutions for Tier 1 Developers in Queensland.These services include Concrete Placement, Concrete Ground Slabs, Suspended Decks and Commercial Paving. This role will be in our head office in Virginia, Brisbane.
About the Role
We currently have a Full-Time position available for an Estimator to join our team based in Brisbane. Reporting to the Director, you will be required to manage our estimating and project documentation processes.
