This builder has over 2 decades of experience in QLD and NSW and boasts a large portfolio of projects completed within the commercial, hospitality and educational sectors The company currently holds a strong financial position and will be busy in Brisbane and Regional QLD for the remainder of 2024.

The Opportunity

Due to planned growth they are looking to engage an Estimator to join an established team. Working closely with the Estimating Manager, estimators and cadet you will be responsible for pricing works valued from $10M to $30M.

This will involve being able to price prelims, write methodology, put together the programme and bring the full bid together ready for submission.

Previous experience with agecare or retirement living projects will be seen as an advantage.

Background / Experience

• Quantity Surveying or Construction Estimating background with related degree
• More than 4 years working with a commercial builder
• Must have a good understanding of the local market and understand how to build.
• Knowledge and relationships with local trade base
• Ability use estimating software packages
