This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Payroll professional to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The roles offers hybrid working arrangements, a supportive environment, and development opportunities.


About the role:

Reporting to the Payroll Manager the main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Full-function Payroll processing for Salaried and Award employees
  • Calculation and processing of Superannuation and Payroll Tax
  • Calculation and processing of backpays, leave entitlements, and employee entitlements.
  • Processing of terminations and redundancies
  • Interpretation of Modern Awards
  • Responding to Payroll related inquiries
  • Setting up and onboarding of new employees
  • Other ad hoc projects and tasks within the scope of the role

About you:

To be successful for the role, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in the position accountabilities.
  • An exceptional eye for detail, time management skills, and ability to work to headlines
  • You must be a strong problem solver with a "cando" attitude.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
