    ABOUT THE ROLE
    As the Distribution Sales Manager, you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and play a crucial role in expanding the national and global client base. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve the company's objectives.


    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Overseeing the Distribution Team locally and internationally
    • Driving Sales Growth and Profitability
    • Identifying and Implementing Process Improvements
    • Leading Marketing and Business Development Activities
    • Building a Customer-Focused Team
    • Managing the Global Distribution Network
    • Establishing New Local and Global Partnerships
    • Exploring New Market Opportunities
    • Handling High-Value Client Negotiations
    • Participating in Industry Events and Trade Shows
    • Leading Sales Professionals to Acquire New Clients
    • Recruiting, Managing, and Mentoring the Sales Team
    • Implementing an Effective Partner Program
    • Collaborating with Product Team for Partner Enablement


    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
    • Experience in HVAC, Controls, or Allied Industries
    • Strong Commercial Acumen
    • Sales and Operations Management Expertise
    • Key Account Management Skills
    • Contract Management and Negotiation Experience
    • Exceptional Communication Skills
    • Effective Stakeholder Management
