About YOUR new job:
Reporting to the Group Controller, the core overview of this position is to provide in-depth analysis and commercial acumen to senior management whilst supporting key areas of the business.
The tasks assigned to this position include:
Review and analyse financial results to provide insight into operational performance and trading conditions.
Produce the monthly management accounts for review at the corporate level (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cashflow)
Take ownership of the Budgeting & Forecast process and critically analyse to recommend required changes.
Lead key department heads with any planning-related activity at site level.
Provide detailed analysis and commentary to senior management
Lead a BI upgrade
About YOU
The successful applicant will be familiar with this profile:
Ideally will have been part of a group finance function leading an FP&A team
Will hold a widely recognised Professional Accounting qualification.
Can demonstrate knowledge of core accounting skills originally learned within a financial accounting role prior to moving into FP&A
Will have sound system skills and advanced Business Intelligence experience
Inter-personally, you will see your strengths as your ability to work with people at varying levels within the business and thrive to add value in all that you undertake.
You will present yourself in a corporate manner and have the capability to present your work at the board level.
