About the role

Reporting into and working with a C-level executive who manages a number of portfolio's within the organisation - your ability to stay 1 step ahead is critical.

You will be responsible for managing a complex & ever-changing diary, organising travel & accommodation, monitoring the HR inbox, updating the HRIS, coordinating induction, creating agendas' and taking minutes of meeting while formatting and creating documents and reports.

Selection criteria:

Proven experience in a PA / EA role supporting a Clevel executive
Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
Experience / exposure to HR processes and environments advantageous
High level communication / people skills with proven stakeholder engagement exp

Computer literacy

MS Office Suite & SharePoint
Blue / yellow card and NDIS Worker Screening card current or willing to obtain
Double covid vaccination required
