    About your new role
    You will be reporting to the Vertical Marketing Manager and will be responsible for managing a major, high-profile account. Duties will include but won't be limited to –


    • The voice of the partner, being the main point of contact for all requirements
    • Connect the supply chain needs with the extensive portfolio of logistics products and solutions
    • Ensuring that you are identifying emerging market trends to identify and leverage long-term commercial opportunities
    • Undertake pricing reviews as necessary
    • Managing customer service issues and complaints
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally
    About you
    To be successful in this role you will –


    • Strong 3PL experience and knowledge
    • Outcome and solutions-focused, ability to provide solutions
    • Customer Centric focus
    • Experience in leading and influencing various teams and stakeholders
    • Experience in continuous improvement through methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen
    • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal including presentation skills
