About the Role


We are seeking for passionate and motivated team player to join our dynamic sales team as
Account Manager based in
Gepps Cross, South Australia.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customers relationships
  • Develop new business with new customers to enlarge sales quotas
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to customer needs
  • Provide updated sales promotions information to customers
  • Keep abreast with the market competitive advantage
  • Provide inputs and assistance in pricing model, quotations, and products improvements

Ideally, we are seeking someone with exceptional common sense and a 'can-do' attitude, to work within a challenging yet rewarding industry.

To be successful in this role:


  • Experience delivering clientfocused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management at a time, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities to influence decision
  • Accountability for time and efficiency
  • Relevant qualifications with Refrigeration/HVAC industry experience highly desirable
