What will you be doing?

In this role, you will lead the development, coordination and negotiation of arrangements that integrate delivery of water services with new development delivered by major developers/infrastructure partners/utilities to optimise investment efficiency and liveability outcomes.

The role will contain a diverse range of responsibilities including leadership opportunities, technical challenges, community engagement, collaboration with other teams, and more.

You will:

Develop and manage strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders (such as major developers, utility partners, water service coordinators, councils, and other government agencies) to collaboratively solve new and complex problems facing Western Sydney
Support the delivery of integrated worldclass water services including regional stormwater, Recycled Water, Circular Economy and other exciting projects

Who are we looking for?

Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Urban Planning, Engineering, Business) or experience deemed equivalent
Commercially savvy, with welldeveloped ability to negotiate persuasively and resolve conflict through demonstrated relationship and stakeholder management
Demonstrated experience in working within a development servicing/ infrastructure planning environment
Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
Understanding of the business, asset and financial processes and systems required to manage commercial business activities
