About the role:

This role will have an in depth understanding of their regional education community through engaging, managing and maintaining the end-to-end lifecycle of the customer relationship.

About you:

Creates opportunity to prospect and cold call potential customers and is driven by selfmotivation
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) across a diverse audience
Establishes and maintains long term, mutually beneficial relationships with business customers and gains their trust and respect
Ability to effectively manage difficult customers and situations whilst remaining calm and in control
Effective stakeholder management skills (internal and external customers)
Effective negotiation skills with an ability to effectively educate and influence the customer
Able to work in and adapt to a fastpaced and changing environment
Excellent time management with and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
