    Overview

    This exciting role is fresh off the press with a well-established and progressive Tier 1 electrical contractor, who are seeking an experienced supervisor working across a range of high end projects.
    In return, an attractive renumeration package is provided, along with outstanding career progression opportunities that only a Tier 1 company can provide.

    Reporting to Construction Managers and Project Managers, you will be responsible for the delivery of large projects on time and act as an exemplary role model of the client and their values.

    Client expectations:
    You are a talented and diversely experienced electrical supervisor or project manager with excellent time management skills and proven track record of delivering on large-scale projects.

    What you must have:
    Proven background as a Supervisor, or Electrical Project Manager with demonstrated expertise in communication and negotiation across various levels, including internal and external stakeholders.

    • Show initiative in fast-paced environments, confidently making decisions based on your skills.
    • Lead by setting a safety-focused culture and upholding company values and standards.
    • Exhibit leadership by mentoring and sharing knowledge effectively with your team.
    • Must capably maintain client relations and contribute to the long-term profitability of the company.

    Qualifications:

    • Current QLD Electrical License or mutually recognised interstate license
    • Current CPR/LVR certification
    • ACMA Open Cablers License


    Renumeration:

    - $120k-$180k negotiable
    - Fully maintained work vehicle or vehicle allowance, work phone, superannuation contributions, and access to employee benefits
