Description

CELOTTI WORKFORCE are currently seeking a qualified Mechanical Fitter for a DIDO field service project located in Roma QLD.

The successful candidate will be experienced in Gas Compression or Diesel engine works.

This is a Drive in Drive out role on a 12:9 roster. Point of Hire Brisbane. Accommodation and meals will be provided.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Fitting parts to machinery and fixed plant such as pumps, engines, compressors, conveyor systems, Hydraulics and Pneumatics
Operating manual machines
Fitting/assembling fabricated parts
Checking parts for accuracy and fit using precision measuring instruments
Diagnosing faults and performing maintenance
Overhauling and repairing mechanical parts and fluid power equipment

Our Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

Trade Qualified - Fitting and Machinist (Preferred)
MUST have previous gas or diesel experience
Fitting and turning/machining experience
Construction Safety Induction Card (White Card)
Be physically fit and have a strong work ethic
Own transport to site
