Are you an experienced and skilled Mechanical Fitter looking for an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing and mining industry? Look no further Our client's reputable company seeks 3 highly motivated individuals to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success.


You will be crucial to our client's production process as a Mechanical Fitter.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Perform diverse mechanical tasks on subassemblies and parts.
  • Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations and timely production.
  • Assemble spooling, valves, and instruments to required standards.
  • Conduct factory acceptance tests to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Maintain equipment through inspections, repairs, and warranty tasks.
  • Assist in fabrication projects.
  • Ensure strict compliance with quality standards for excellent products.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing or mining industry.
  • Relevant mechanical trade qualification.
  • Australian driver's license for commuting and offsite tasks.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, Isometrics, and PIDs.
  • Flange Management experience for accurate installations.
  • Skilled in installing pipework to industry standards.
  • Keen attention to detail for precision and quality.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia.

Tickets and Licence:
(not mandatory but beneficial):

  • HRWL
  • Forklift
  • Working at Heights
  • Confined Space
  • Ability to work in the field when required for onsite projects.
  • Instrument tubing experience to handle complex installations.
  • EWP (Elevated Work Platform)
  • HR Licence

Remuneration:
Remuneration for this position will be commensurate with your skills, qualifications, and experience.
