We are recruiting with one of Melbourne's leading commercial agencies in their search for a Market Analyst.

This role is based out of Melbourne's CBD and we require someone who is currently working either as an Analyst in real estate or a strong background in Administration support.

Role duties:

Preparation of market appraisals across a range of commercial property types with involvement across start to end processes including but not limited to inspections, research, analysis, report preparation and client support.
Support the Asset Management and Sales departments by producing high quality rental appraisals
Liaising directly with clients to better facilitate their investment decisions.
Sharing knowledge with the team regarding appraisal processes and best practice.
Ensuring team is up to date on current and predicted market sentiment and overarching economic influences

Require someone who:

Must have experience in Property and Real Estate, Ideally experience in either Market / Data Analysis
Has strong time management and organisational skills
Proven MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Experience with InDesign would be seen favourably but is not critical
Is proactive and able to work independently and take initiative
Good written and verbal skills
Ability to interact and build rapport with clients
