- Lead the end-to-end management of COTS and SaaS applications, including planning, deployment, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to negotiate contracts, manage service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure alignment with the client's business objectives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and customize/configure applications accordingly to optimize functionality and user experience.
- Strong technical expertise in managing COTS and SaaS applications, with experience in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting across various platforms and environments.
- Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with third-party vendors, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and dispute resolution.
- Certifications such as CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+), CompTIA A+, or CompTIA Network+ are advantageous.
- Proficient in creating comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, configuration guides, and operational procedures, as well as generating regular reports to track project progress and performance metrics.
- Proven experience working across databases such as SQL Server, MongoDB, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, Informix, Sybase or others.
