Job description:

In this role, your main focus will be to lead the team responsible for the management of various systems, including HCM platforms such as SAP Successfactors, Aurion as well as a disaster management platform.

In addition, you will also oversee the development, review and implementation of system enhancements to support operational capability.

Responsibilities:

Manage the transition of releases, enhancements, system changes and maintenance, including training delivery and communication updates on key initiatives for module owners and users across the organisation.
Manage system technical documentation and Service Design, including test implementation to ensure business processes and procedures maintain currency, and system enhancements meet the solution, in line with departmental standards and policies.
Act in an advisory capacity on business systems, improvement and implementation practices, including the identification of impacts on operational requirements.
Oversee the performance of external support vendors to ensure that contractual agreements are being met, in line with agreed business service level agreements and systems remain fit for purpose.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
