Lead the proactive management of contracts, service and operating level agreements with internal and external service providers to ensure the delivery of defined service levels- Implement and maintain appropriate vendor management strategies utilising best practice methodologies
- Manage the ongoing operational performance of the Applications team by developing, implementing and maintaining workforce and operational business plans
- Manage the team's budget, including developing and contributing to, funding strategies and budget submissions.
