About the role:


We have a full-time permanent opportunity in our Reliability Business Services team for an Administrative Assistant to provide a wide range of highly responsible and confidential administrative and general support services to the section.

This role will be based in our Shenton Park office reporting to the Team Leader - Reliability Business Services.


What the role will involve:


  • Provide reception service for the Shenton Park site including taking receipt of deliveries, ensuring inductions are completed and confirming clearance to work documentation
  • Manage building maintenance issues with Corporate Real Estate.
  • Provide administrative support to the team leaders, and section managers
  • Responsible for meeting room control and management
  • Responsible for purchase order management for AMSI and ICA
  • Responsible for processing of SAP transactions.

Key skills and experience:


  • Relevant experience in support and administrative experience in a similar role within a large organisation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities to ensure the best outcome
  • A proactive approach
  • Substantial and accurate data entry skills
  • Experience using MS Office suite
