About the role:

Our key purpose is to provide sustainable management of water services to make WA a great place to live and invest.

Working in modern facilities at our Balcatta office our Contact Centre provides world class customer service to business & residential customers across Western Australia.

This newly created leadership role will oversee the daily operations of our Outbound Campaigns.

You will have the opportunity to create your own handpicked team who share the same values, passion, and vision you want to bring to life.

What we love about you

A natural leader with call centre experience who wants to develop their team to be their best
Excellent relationship management skills
Excellent understanding of best practise outbound campaign techniques within a call centre environment
Experience in leading outbound teams to deliver against customer and business objectives
Proven debt recovery/collections experience
