    Reporting to the P&C Manager, we are seeking a P&C Coordinator and Recruitment Coordinator to join the team in our Perth CBD office. These positions will be offered on a full-time permanent basis, with flexible working arrangements available.

    About the role

  • Complete candidate reference checks
  • Book pre-employment medicals
  • Maintain employee files and update HR and recruitment databases (including SAP, Taleo, Mypass)
  • Prepare and issue HR documentation
  • Respond to HR and Recruitment queries

    • About You

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting a Recruitment or HR team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as organise and prioritise competing demands
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills
  • Able to manage strict confidentiality
